What3Words is the worlds best locator app. They have divided the planet up into 3mx3m squares and given each one a unique 3-word code, so nothing is ever hard to find again.
There is limited parking in the Belvedere House car park (on weekdays). You can use the spaces at the far end where you back into the hedge (these are spaces are 1-19).
Parking is free, but you must register your car via the tablet on the main building reception. Please do not park in any other spaces, as these are all allocated to other businesses, and they will interrupt your session to move your car if do. Sorry, but we are not responsible for any damage, clamping or removal of vehicles.
There are several other options available. The Village Hotel offers 4 hours free parking. Alternatively there are pay & display car parks opposite the building or further along Basing View. Please check local signage.
Unfortunately, due to issues with ‘car meets’, the car park barrier is often down at weekends. There are alternatives…
- There is a lay-by in front of the main reception. You can park in there on a Sunday.
- There is a car park opposite our car park entrance, behind the big tower in the middle of the road which uses RingGo.
- The Village hotel has a car park with a 4-hour free parking. Please check local signage.
Please go to reception and tell them who you have come to see. They will have a list of who we are expecting.
If you are seeing Lilly, you will be allowed into the main part of the building. Please take the lift (or stairs) to the second floor and wait in the seating area on the walkway, behind the lift. Lilly will come and get you from there.
If you are seeing Richie first, please wait in the seating area on the ground floor and he will come and get you from there.
If visiting at the weekend when the reception is unmanned, please ensure you are outside the main doors at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
One of us will come down to let you in just before your appointment is due to start.
If someone else comes into the building, you come in with them and wait inside the main reception area. Please don’t come into the main part of the building, otherwise we will be waiting in reception for you and won’t know you are already in!!
If you have limited mobility or use a wheelchair, we would recommend parking in the lay-by in front of the main entrance. If this is busy, park on the single yellow and use your disabled badge.
There is no disabled access from the car park.
The train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Follow the signs for Basing View and walk towards the end/Village Hotel. (We are almost opposite the Village Hotel in Belvedere House).
As all of our practitioners also work elsewhere, we do not have regular days of opening. If you wish to visit our centre, please use WhatsApp to get in touch prior to making the trip, or use our booking system to see availability.
If you have not been to see us before, you need to complete a new client form, after which we will advise whether we can see you, as there is currently a waiting list.
