Given the lack of parking in the Belvedere House car park and the fine system for non registered cars, we recommend all visitors park at the Village Hotel opposite.  This offers 4 hours free parking.

Alternatively, there are pay & display car parks opposite the building or further along Basing View.  Please check local signage.

Please go to reception and tell them who you have come to see.  They will have a list of who we are expecting.

Take the lift to the 2nd floor and wait in the seating area directly behind the lifts, on the walkway.

If visiting at the weekend when the reception is unmanned, please ensure you are outside the main doors at least 5 minutes before your appointment.  (if you are not there, the practitioner may have to leave the reception to attend to other clients)
One of us will come down to let you in just before your appointment is due to start.

If someone else comes into the building, you come in with them and wait inside the main reception area.  Please don’t come any further into the building, as we will not know where you are and will be waiting for you in the main reception!

If you have limited mobility or use a wheelchair, we would recommend parking in the lay-by in front of the main entrance.  If this is busy, park on the single yellow and use your disabled badge.
There is no disabled access from the car park.

The train station is a 10-15 minute walk.  Follow the signs for Basing View and walk towards the end/Village Hotel.  (We are almost opposite the Village Hotel in Belvedere House).

As all of our practitioners also work elsewhere, we do not have regular days of opening.  If you wish to visit our centre, please use WhatsApp to get in touch prior to making the trip, or use our booking system to see availability.

If you have not been to see us before, you need to complete a new client form, after which we will advise whether we can see you, as there is currently a waiting list.
