How much is an appointment with Lilly?
Online consultations (40 minute), including the initial is £85. Should you wish to book into see Lilly at our Health Hub, 50 minute appointments are £105. For those who travel long distances to work with Lilly, there are longer appointment options available below.
Do you accept insurance payments?
Previously, the major insurance companies partnered with those who were leaders in their field. They then decided they would take control and not only set unrealistic payments for expert practitioners (typically around 50% of what they were charging) but also make providers wait up to 90 days for payment of invoices. We decided this was not what we wanted to do.
There are a few insurers who still operate the old way, so you present our invoice to them and they reimburse you. It’s worth checking with your insurer which practice they use.
How many appointments will I need?
We are all very complexed individuals and the fact we are individual means each person and their presenting issues mean they are completely unique. Helping someone can sometimes be like peeling an onion and whilst an estimate can be offered by Lilly at the initial consultation, this really depends on how the individual responds, how invested they are in moving forward and whether anything else is uncovered along the way which might need addressing. According to the UKCP, “it’s unusual for therapy to last for less than 6 sessions and some may continue for two years or more”.
You will be kept updated as your journey progresses.
Do you accept cards?
Yes we do, in fact clients are required to register a card on our booking and payment system, even if you intend to pay by cash. We also accept bank transfer.
