There is a large car park underneath Belvedere House. Please drive past the building and take the turning on the right. Our allocated spaces are 1-19 and 31-43. These spaces are at the back of the car park alongside the hedge and the row in front.
Parking is free, but please do not park in any other spaces, as these are all allocated to other businesses, and they may interrupt your session to move your car if do. Sorry, but we are not responsible for any damage, clamping or removal of vehicles.
If there is no space in the car park, there is a public car park across the road next to the Village Hotel. This is free for 2 hours, but you will need to go into the entrance of the hotel and enter your registration to qualify for the 2 hours.

Please go to reception and tell them who you have come to see. They will have a list of who we are expecting.
If you are seeing Lilly, you will be allowed into the main part of the building. Please take the lift (or stairs) to the second floor and wait in the seating area on the walkway, behind the lift. Lilly will come and get you from there.
If you are seeing Richie, wait in the seating area on the ground floor and he will come and get you from there.
If visiting at the weekend when the reception is unmanned, please ensure you arrive on time and are waiting outside the front door. (it is under cover).
Your practitioner will come down to let you in just before your appointment is due to start.
In all cases, you must enter your car registration at the terminal on the main reception desk, to avoid receiving a parking fine.
The train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Follow the signs for Basing View and walk towards the end/Village Hotel. (We are almost opposite the Village Hotel in Belvedere House).
As all of our practitioners also work elsewhere, we do not have regular days of opening. If you wish to visit our centre, please use WhatsApp to get in touch prior to making the trip, or use our booking system to see availability.
If you have not been to see us before, you need to complete a new client form, after which we will advise whether we can see you, as there is currently a waiting list.
