We are continually looking for ways to improve our administrative processes to make your experience at our centre the best possible.
For those who have not already registered online, we will be creating an online account for every client. Here you can access your past, present and future bookings, make, amend and cancel appointments (up to 36 hours in advance) and view test results any time at your convenience.
This system will also securely store your payment card details so we will be adding these on your behalf. These are stored via ‘Stripe’ a secure banking system and the details are no longer accessible once it is entered.
If you would rather not have your card details stored, then we will require each appointment to be prepaid
This new system will make supplement reordering much simpler, as well as provide support for instances where a card is forgotten or a different family member is receiving treatment for which you are paying for.
